If your mother wants to make ‘pasta like mamma make’ send or go with her to Petersham Nurseries’ Covent Garden outpost for a pasta workshop. This introductory class teaches traditional dough recipes and covers classic pasta shapes including ravioli and tagliatelle, as well as simple sauces.
In true workshop style you can take home your freshly-made pasta, along with pasta flour, organic Haye Farm eggs and homemade tomato sauce.
Classes are held every Wednesday, costing £65 per person.
